We are looking for a like-minded, self-motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

The Average Day. . ..

Engagement:


Provide personalized customer interaction by entering orders, monitoring emails, and offering solutions to customer requests, issues and concerns.

Analytical and empowered:

Coordinate production scheduling, pricing, balance several projects at once keeping a strong attention to detail.


Requirements:

  • Proficient with excel, access and outlook
  • Ability to quickly grasp concepts and ideas and thrive in an energized environment
  • Excellent organizational skills are a must
  • 2 year degree desirable, or 3 plus years of Customer Service/Office experience
