Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Technical Support

 

We are a Printing Plate and Cutting Die manufacturer located in Pennsauken, NJ and are currently seeking a self-motivated, bright individual to work as a customer service representative.

 

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have a background in graphic arts and/or customer service

  • Possess excellent organization, communication, and time management skills

  • Be friendly, confident, and skilled in customer relations and problem solving

  • Be an energetic team player in a fast paced work environment

  • Proficient using MS Office applications (Access, Excel, Outlook, etc)

  • Able to coordinate several projects at one time

  • Have strong verbal, written, and technical communication skills

  • Have good math and analytical skills

  • Be safety and quality driven

 

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Pre-flight incoming jobs for accuracy

  • Entering orders received via email

  • Coordinating information between departments

  • Scheduling in-progress work and production coordination

  • Review technical concerns with art department and manufacturing

  • Pricing incoming quote requests

 

We are seeking a minimum of a 2 year degree, or relatable work experience.
